Alte Reben Trabacher Burgberg

A west-facing slope that rises steeply from the village of Trarbach to the ruins of the 14th Century Grevenburg castle, the Burgberg is characterized by blue and gray slate. The vineyard is helped by the mild climate of the nearby Mosel River, and produces a well-balanced and structured Riesling with light oak overtones.
