  • Winemaker Notes A west-facing slope that rises steeply from the village of Trarbach to the ruins of the 14th Century Grevenburg castle, the Burgberg is characterized by blue and gray slate. The vineyard is helped by the mild climate of the nearby Mosel River, and produces a well-balanced and structured Riesling with light oak overtones.
  • Tasting Notes This close-to- dry wine displays the perfect balance between pure, rich fresh fruit and mineral flavors. This is a powerful Riesling with great structure and hints of oak.
