  • Winemaker Notes A southwest-facing slope that adjoins the Burgberg, looking across the Schottbach side valley. The Böcking parcels in this vineyard are identified in the oldest maps of the Mosel and compete with the Ungsberg as the greatest vineyards in this bend of the Mosel. Our oldest vines grow in Schlossberg, characterized by fine and fragile gray and blue slate.
  • Tasting Notes This wine displays the perfect balance between pure, fresh fruit and mineral flavors indicative of the Scholssberg vineyard. It has a juicy and flowery bouquet; yellow blossoms, green apple with a powerful finish.
