  • Tasting Notes Pale ruby red, with purple hues; Berry like blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, and intense grape on the nose, with a slightly peppery and liquorish spice note; Medium bodied, prominent yet fine tannins; elegant with plenty of acidity and spicy. Serving Suggestion: feathered game, roasted lamb disse; be creative, try it with tempura; Suggested Serving Temperature: 18-20 degrees C.
