  • Winemaker Notes Domaine du Tracot has been owned by the Dubost family since 1902. Its origin was found in writings and traces on the main building. With his two sons, Corentin and Joffrey, Jean-Paul hopes that the 4th generation will continue the family tradition in providing wines that reflect their terrior, the culture of the vineyard and respecting the environment and soil.
  • Tasting Notes Fruit forward, aromas of white fruit, peach, apricot, and kiwi. Drinks well over three years.

  • Vineyard 9 year old Chardonnay vines from a single parcel l'Hermitage on rolling slopes of silt, clay, and sand soils. 5% Viognier.
  • Vinification Low temperature 3 week fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Racking, raised in barrels for 6 months.
  • Viticulture Biodynamic, hand-picked grapes. Yields of 45 hl/hc (52 permitted)
