    Petit Manseng
  • Winemaker Notes Petit Manseng is one of the greatest sweet grape varieties. Its natural acidity balances the freshness and the sweetness of the wine. Being late-harvested, the overripe grape gives the wine flavors of candied fruits. Three different cuvees of sweet Pacherenc varieties are made, depending on the harvest time (October, November or December), and which names are from the French revolutionary calendar: Vendémiaire, Brumaire, Frimaire. The Pacherenc du Vic Bilh wines from Château Bouscassé are among the greatest sweet whites in the world.
  • Tasting Notes Candied fruits notes. A smooth sweetness that is well balanced with flavor.
