The beautiful & picturesque village of Turquant is renowned for its exceptional terroir white and its fine red. Established in 1996, Mills Turquant is headed today by Jérôme Lemoine, co-owner responsible for vineyards in Couly-Dutheil. Delicious with roasted rabbit, roasted poultry, beef and lamb. Serve between 13 - 15 degrees C. Drink in its youth.
  • Tasting Notes Beautiful ruby and cherry in color. It has a fine & rich aroma with distinguished red fruits. It's flavors are balanced and round, with fine tannins on silky fruity notes. Very fresh with lingering spiciness.

  • Vineyard Soils are clay and limestone, perfect for growing and development of the vine. Culture 'reasoned culture,' environmentally friendly with grassing between rows in order to promote the limiting yields and erosion. Leaf removal, trellising and green harvesting to optimize the maturity and quality of grapes.
  • Vinification After stalking and full sorting of the grapes, fermentation musts starts spontaneously thanks to the natural yeast. Fermentation takes about 20 days under constant control of
vinification temperatures. This method promotes the expression of the fruity Cabernet Franc. The bottling takes place in the current summer.
