Chardonnay Cuvée Éléonore

The burgundy wine region uses the Chardonnay grape to produce its white wines, from the “Bourgogne Chardonnay” up to the Grands Crus de Bourgogne. This wine offers a good introduction to the typicity of this well-known grape varietal.

  • Winemaker Notes As I wanted to transmit to my children my passion and commitment in Burgundy wines, I have decided to produce a wine with great ageing potential to show them what could be achieved with the grapes we produce in our terroirs, and I named those cuvées after their names, the Pinot for my son, and the Chardonnay for my daughter.
  • Pairing Suggestions It is best drunk fresh (at 8-10°) as an aperitif or with seafood.
  • Tasting Notes A fresh and well-developed nose, very buttery. On the palate, a full and good attack with aromas of pineapple and vanilla. Dry white wine with a good acidity balance and a creamy and long finish.
