  • Winemaker Notes After a mild winter in the South of France, the first rays of sunshine brought with them birds twittering among the vines. In the old, traditional vineyards that have been relatively spared from intensive farming methods, there are Ortolan bunting, Common linnets and red-headed Shrikes, typical of our beautiful region. The stakes, which serve as supports for the vine stock, are a favorite lookout post for birds hunting for insects, and the grape seeds are a real treat for the hungriest ones.
  • Pairing Suggestions Ideal as an aperitif or with fish and seafood. Serve cooled between 10°C and 12°C.
  • Tasting Notes A nice yellow colour with straw and golden glints. Nose revealing one thousand flavours and a intense sweetness. Aromas of white flesh fruits and flowers in mouth.
