  • Tasting Notes Nose : Intense nose with explosion of red & black fruits: cooked strawberries & sour cherries. Mouth : Well balanced, medium bodied wine. Long mouth with elegant tannin structure, notes of blackberries, sour cherries, cooked strawberries & spices. Attractive, easy-to-drink wine as aperitif but delightfully accompanies Mediterranean style cuisine with lightly spicy dishes and even Italian cuisine!
  • Vineyard Soil Profile: Silty-sandy soil with clay
  • Vinification The fruit is de-stemmed and then kept on skins for 8 days in order to produce a fruity style wine with light tannin extraction. Aged in concrete
    tanks for 18 months before bottling.
