  • Winemaker Notes This latest addition to our range is destined to find a solid place among our wine selection. Impressed by the intense fruit expression that Lirac terroir can offer, we elaborate this wine to show with joyful and elegant characters the complexity of our Cru appellation. The label is an aquarelle painted by Victor Hugo while he stayed with Rodolphe de Pins' ancestor, the Baron of Montfaucon
  • Tasting Notes The nose opens with an explosion of red berry notes. After aeration, the focus is more on jammy nose, tuberose and licorice. The palate is ample with crunchy fruits notes. Dense but fine tannins give away to a long and silky finish. Goes well with pigeon with black olives, suckliong stuffed pig, and veal marengo (stewed veal in tomato and mushroom sauce)
