  • Winemaker Notes Just a few kilometers southwest of Colmar, the Zinck winery is located in Eguisheim, one of the loveliest villages in Alsace. Sheltered by the Vosges Mountains, the climate is semi-continental, quite sunny, temperate and dry. The winery is now run by Phillipe and Pascale Zinck.

The vineyards cover over 20 hectares and produce wines with labels guaranteeing the origin of the wine, AOC. These include AOC Alsace, AOC Grand Cru, AOC Crémant of Alsace, and special mentions for the late harvest and grains nobles.
  • Tasting Notes The nose before breathing is crisply explosive. The citrus profile ushers in touches of bush peach, fresh apricots and white pepper. Breathing gives it even more character, with an intense touch of lime and a delicate hint of milky caramel. White meat, wild game, fish in sauce and regional cuisine.
