The burgundy wine region fast only uses the Pinot Noir grape to produce its red wines, from the “Bourgogne Pinot Noir” up to the Grands Crus de Bourgogne. This wine offers a good introduction to the typicity of this well-known grape varietal.

  • Winemaker Notes As I wanted to transmit to my children my passion and commitment in Burgundy wines, I have decided to produce a wine with great ageing potential to show them what could be achieved with the grapes we produce in our terroirs, and I named those cuvées after their names, the Pinot for my son, and the Chardonnay for my daughter.
  • Pairing Suggestions It is best drunk at 14-16° on its own or with a meal and soft cheese.
  • Tasting Notes A ruby color and a fruity nose. On the palate, a fruity attack with hints of woody structure. Medium-bodied with a good balance and roundness. A fruity finish.

  • Vinification The bunches are put in a stainless-steel vat for maceration during 10 days. After a quick pressing (to avoid rough tannins), the wine is let to age in french oak barrels during 12 months, and then bottled. It can age in a cellar for a few years with good ageing potential.
