The cuvée Rosé is a basket of ripe fruit. A very aromatic champagne whose unusual profile will seduce you.

  • Vintage NV
  • Producer
  • Country France
  • Region Champagne
  • Sub Region Montagne de Reims
  • Composition:
    100% Pinot Noir
  • Winemaker Notes The wine's ruby red color with orange shimmers gives it a great depth. Its nose is evocative of blackberry, black currant, blood orange, and cherry. Its suave mouth brings forth aromas of stewed red and black fruits. The finale is distinctly vinous.
  • Tasting Notes "The NV Brut Rosé is a rosé de saignée from 100% old vines Pinot Noir and it is quite dark in its garnet red color. The red fruits-displaying bouquet is absolutely delicious: fruit intense and deep, very clearly articulated and fresh, and it develops with aeration. After 60 months in the cellar, this is a full-bodied and flavored sparkling red of great elegance, balance, intensity and delicate expression. It's almost drinking like red Burgundy, but should be drunk young. I tasted from Lot 14019." - Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate

  • Vineyard Guided by Alain Soutiran's daughter, Valérie Renaux-Soutiran, and her winemaking husband Patrick Renaux, Champagne Soutiran cultivates 11 hectares of vines of which six are family-owned. Most of the vines are located in Ambonnay, the rest is in Trepail, Chigny les Roses and Chamery. Pinot Noir is dominating, but there is also Chardonnay and a little bit of Pinot Meunier. Valérie and Patrick are the third generation of the family domaine that produces clear, full, intense and elegant Champagnes of really excellent quality.
