  • Winemaker Notes Will improve in the cellar for 3-5 years. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius. Suited to a wide range of red meat and game dishes, particularly lamb, venision, rabbit, and duck. Will handle savory sauces and spicy dishes well.
  • Tasting Notes Aromas of red berries and cherries mixed with spicy and earthy notes. Soft-textured with supple tannins, it carries flavors of red fruits and spice through the palate to a soft, persistent finish.
