  • Vineyard The vineyard is located on the left bank of the Tarn, with gravelly soils.
  • Vinification Harvested from the oldest plots of braucol and merlot in the estate. Domaine du Moulin looks for a long maceration after fermentation to extract the most color and tannin possible. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for twelve months (1/3 new barrels, 1/3 1 year old barrels, 1/3 2 year old barrels).
  • Viticulture The production is 40 hls/hectare, low yields in order to obtain the full maturity of the grapes and the concentration necessary to develop great wines.
