Les Vignerons de Tutiac
Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2017
The Carrelet d’Estuaire cuvée was inspired by the landscapes found along the estuaries of France, and more particularly those of the Gironde.
But what is a carrelet? It is a fishing hut with atypical silhouette, very recognizable. Perched on its pilings, it has a large net overhanging the water that just lower and then back to see if the white shrimp of the Estuary are at the rendezvous … or not! Carrelet Estuaire Bordeaux rosé, a fresh and fruity wine, is like a call for relaxation, holidays, aperitifs with friends.
This rosé wine symbolizes the attachment of the Vignerons de Tutiac to their territory.
This wine offers a beautiful pale pink robe, frank and lively. The nose is very aromatic and delivers notes of red fruits and citrus fruits. On the palate this wine has a nice balance of cassis, strawberry, and grapefruit notes. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
Aperitif, grilled meats, savory pies.
Variety of soils ranging from sandy-gravelly to clay-limestone.
Direct pressing. The control of temperatures makes it possible to reveal the aromas.
