WINEMAKER NOTES

TASTING NOTES
This wine reveals an expressive, fresh and fruity bouquet of redcurrant jelly and fresh fig. It is deliciously full- bodied on the palate, combining elegance with power.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Enjoy with a mushroom fricassee, coq au vin or hare stew. Serve at 18°C, aging potential: 5 years.
VINEYARD
- Soil: limestone-clay terraces with worn pebbles
- Environment: Green pruning to control yield and ensure maximum grape ripeness.
VINIFICATION
- Fermentation: stainless steel vats with temperature control. Four weeks of maceration with two rack and returns at the beginning of fermentation followed by daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation.
