WINEMAKER NOTES
This wine is the result of the blending of local grapes: Merlot, Tannat, Cabernet and Malbec; Syrah, with a touch of Pinot Noir. A young red wine, light and fruity that adapts to all cuisines.
TASTING NOTES
The color of a bright cherry, this wine offers a fragrant bouquet of cassis and blackberry notes with some notes “pepper and cocoa” to boost the whole. A full and supple mouth accompanies these fruits throughout the tasting.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at 12 to 18 ° with an aperitif, red meats and roasted white or in sauce, as well as on cheeses.Drink between 1 and 3 years after the vintage.
