Exotic aromas with richness and fullness

The grapes are brought to the pneumatic press using a higher point than the vat. The grapes then undergo a fairly short static decantation and then fermentation is done under controlled temperature of 16 to 17 degrees. The wine is bottled in the year it is harvested.
