WINEMAKER NOTES
Prugneto is the name of the single vineyard, which was the first vineyard bought by the Ravaioli family. Since then it is a reference for the wines from this region.
TASTING NOTES
A genuine expression of Sangiovese from Romagna. It has a bright ruby red color with an intense bouquet of fine red fruits. On the palate, the freshness pairs well with soft tannins and notes of violet, cherry and plums. The finish is long and spicy.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Hand-made pasta, pigeon ravioli with rosemary in red wine sauce, roasts, grilled steak, mature cheeses. Serve at 16° C
